The receptionist was very helpful upon arrival. I had trouble connecting to the wi-fi initially, but she assisted me. i also appreciated the decaf tea bags in the room, a nice touch since many hotels only provide coffee. the car parking was good. I did find the sign into the car park confusing in the dark.
My bathroom was a bit cramped. It had a bath with a shower over it, but the water pressure was poor! also, the hand-basin did not have a plug. There was nowhere to put my wash bag in the room.

The receptionist provided excellent assistance with wi-fi access. Her support was invaluable! the dining room staff maintained a warm, festive environment. they offered prompt and courteous service.

my room included a bottle of sparkling water and some biscuits, a nice cute gesture. the room contained quality toiletries. i also enjoyed the modern decor with colours suited to the age of the hotel.

the dining room located off the bar provided a comfortable atmosphere. it offered warmth and was very festive. car parking was available. the hotel featured a beer garden, and it was a nice area for a relaxing drink.

Walking routes were accessible directly from the hotel's premises. This made exploring the area very convenient. the hotel's proximity to local attractions offered an ideal base. this enabled easy access to various points of interest, and i appreciated the location!

The staff was really helpful. I received great tips for local places to visit. my room was spacious and comfortable (i especially liked the decor). the hotel is dog-friendly with snacks available for dogs.
The bathroom had some issues. The sink plug was broken. the bath plug didn't work very well either. the toilet flush was difficult to use.

i found the bed very comfy. the room was spacious. i also appreciated the very good bath and shower. soft, fluffy towels were available too.

this hotel is super handy to the train station. there is also plenty of parking available on site for those driving, i noticed.
